A group within the date range can book classes or forays provided. Classes are offered for the set fee listed and can accommodate the number of individuals limited to each class. The fee remains consistent whether there is one participant or the entire number of participants allowed.

Upon receiving payment for a scheduled class, confirmation cards with details of our meeting place and what to bring will be sent to the group coordinator to pass out to each individual attending. At the beginning of the foray, presentation or workshop each individual will receive a detailed booklet with information to be presented during the event.

If out of area attendees need accommodations in the McCall area, The Studio includes an "Apprentice Quarters". The Quarters features four adult-sized bunk beds. Out-of-area guests may rent a bunk for $25 per night. There is a bathroom with shower nearby, as well as a small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. The Quarters are located in the downstairs portion of the Studio. Guests are welcome to use the sitting area and library on the main floor, as well as the deck.

There is also a wood burning barrel sauna just outside of the Apprentice Quarters. Overnight guests are encouraged to use the sauna, as well as other amenities on the property, such as the Mushroom Garden, Autumn Grove and the Sunset Fire Pit area.

Pets are not allowed in the Apprentice Quarters. If you have a pet and need separate accommodations, The Cottage in The Meadow if most often available if booked ahead of time. The Cottage in The Meadow has a special foray rate of $89 per night. It has a queen-sized bed and is suited to a couple or an individual. It is a non-smoking cottage, as is the Apprentice quarters.
